I found this picture of me (the one on the right) from when I was a little girl and I showed it to Tayler tonight. I asked her who she thought it was and she laughed and said, "ME"!! I told her that it wasn't her, and that it was me when I was little. Let's just say...she didn't believe me. I do have to say there is a striking resemblance!!

New Blog

I have decided to start another blog (in addition to this one). I have wanted to post many times about issues with the boys and their diabetes, but I haven't wanted to only talk about that. I hope to have information on there to educate people and to share our daily life! I know it will be very therapeutic for me as well. Sometimes I feel so helpless as a mom watching my boys deal with this challenge. I am hoping that by sharing our stories and my thoughts that I can help someone else out there as well. A Promise Kept!

Anyone who knows our family KNOWS how much we love the STEELERS!! You will also know that we live in Indianapolis...home to the COLTS (our 2nd favorite team)!! It jsut so happens that this Sunday night our two favorite teams will be playing each other here in Indianapolis at Lucas Oil Stadium!!
Guess who got two tickets....

WE DID!!

A little background...Rich has been to some NFL games (a few of those being STEELERS games). Rich made me a promise after the last Steelers game that he went to that he would not go to another one without me ( I have never been to one).
Well folks...he is keeping his promise!! I FINALLY get to go to STEELERS game!!

To say that I am excited is an understatement!!

We have some wonderful friends that have season tickets. They offered these tickets to us...I know, you wish they were your friends too!! They really are that awesome!! I am so thankful to have such wonderful friends that love my family this much!!

This Sunday night at 8:20 pm I will be at my first NFL regular season game with my husband and my 2 favorite teams. Does it get better than this? ...only if I could meet Hines Ward!

Yes, we are still alive! I have been horrible this past year about posting. So much has happened...many wonderful things! I will hopefully be able to get it all on here at some point. Keep checking back, I might just surprise you and post again! :)
